Teamwork

Humans interact in three primary ways: conversing, transacting and collaborating (in a positive meaning of the word).

Getting to know what is different between them is necessary to ensure that an appropriate software application is chosen to fulfill your needs.

Conversational interaction is a transfer of ideas and an interaction of transaction is transfer of a transaction substance between two or more participants, while collaborative interaction is meant for a change of a collaboration entity, for instance: achievement of a shared objective.

Interactions of collaboration are organized in such a way that the primary objective of those involved is to modify the collaboration substance from something unstable and intangible, for instance, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a design solution.

Collaborative software

Collaborative software belongs to groupware types that allow people communicate information and work together on various tasks.

The power of these applications is in the ability to allow participants to see action plans, access shared documents, be updated on projects, monitor schedules, facilitate business processes, be duely reminded of any new objectives and events they are involved in. You may come across a plenty of approaches to making these applications useful: managing activities, documents and projects, optimizing business processes and harmonizing work of two or more business units or even offices.

Working together
